  • Coordinated Exhibition Design Committee & assisted in drafting exhibition set-up proposal together with feasibility report
  • Led Merchandising Committee in purchasing conference products & souvenirs for more than 1000 guests
  • Provided clerical support, including proof-reading articles, taking minutes, and designing postcards

Open the Cupboard Education Carnival
 
  • ​Led a team of 42 students (including volunteers) in organizing a one-day food waste education carnival in Hung Hom with approx. 500 participants
  • Coordinated between co-organizer Evergreen Association and various sponsors 
  • Designed educational games
  • Designed publicity materials to be distributed in the neighborhood and online
