  • ​Led a team of 42 students (including volunteers) in organizing a one-day food waste education carnival in Hung Hom with approx. 500 participants
  • Coordinated between co-organizer Evergreen Association and various sponsors 
  • Designed educational games
  • Designed publicity materials to be distributed in the neighborhood and online
